What a tuition teacher job at a 1-to-1 centre involves

At a 1-to-1 centre, you do not stand in front of a class. You sit beside one child at a time and teach at that child's real level, whether that is a 5-year-old recognising her first 500 characters or a Primary 5 boy still unsure of suku kata.
