1-to-1 Trilingual Tutor (Chinese / BM / English)

Deliver personalised word-recognition and language lessons to children aged 4–12 using the DuoDuo system.

  • •Conduct 1-to-1 lessons in one or more of Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • •Run live word-recognition tests and update each child's progress chart
  • •Guide children through questions — never give answers directly
  • •Communicate progress and feedback to parents
  • ✓Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma (Education or language-related preferred)
  • ✓Fluent in Chinese, BM and/or English (at least one, ideally two)
  • ✓Patient, encouraging and love working with young children
  • ✓Fresh graduates welcome — full training provided

Educare (After-School) Teacher

Care for and guide children aged 4–12 through their after-school day: homework, meals, routines and habits.

  • •Supervise homework and help children understand, not copy
  • •Manage daily routines: sign-in, meals, hygiene, dismissal
  • •Build discipline, independence and responsibility
  • •Update parents on homework completion and behaviour
  • ✓Minimum SPM; experience in daycare / 安亲班 / tuition an advantage
  • ✓Responsible, warm and firm with children
  • ✓Able to communicate with parents in Chinese and/or BM/English

Questions parents ask most

Do I need a teaching degree?

Not necessarily. We value patience, language ability and a love of children. Full training in our method is provided; a Diploma in Education or Early Childhood is an advantage.

Can I work part-time?

Yes, 1-to-1 tutor roles are available part-time at most branches, typically afternoons and early evenings.

Which branches are hiring?

All six branches — Setapak Danau Kota, Wangsa Maju, Taiping, Alma, Bayan Lepas and Semabok — plus upcoming branches. Tell us your location.
